• To build capacity of Palestinian youth and children in different fields such as reading, soft skills, computer skills, English skills, Music, Arts and writing;
• To develop and encourage Palestinian youth and children to invest their skills to express their concerns and needs through (writing, reading, communication and computer);
• To raise awareness of the community and decision-makers towards supporting and adopting reading and build youth and children capacities at all levels
